1. Service Nature

ShikshaNXT provides digital educational management services including but not limited to:

  • Online tuition management platform access
  • AI-powered educational tools
  • Student and teacher management systems
  • Digital content and resources
  • Technical support and maintenance

As our services are digital in nature and begin immediately upon subscription activation, traditional return policies may not apply in all circumstances.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription plans automatically renew each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription plans offer a discounted rate for a 12-month commitment. These subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who have not previously used our services. To be eligible:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • The account must be a new customer account (not a reactivation)
  • The request must be made through our official support channels
  • Usage must be minimal (as determined by our fair use policy)

3.2 Service Interruption Refunds

If our services are unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical issues on our end, we may provide prorated credits or refunds at our discretion.

3.3 Billing Error Refunds

If you have been charged in error (such as duplicate charges or charges after cancellation), we will investigate and provide appropriate refunds within 10 business days of notification.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • Change of mind after the 7-day guarantee period
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the charge date
  • Services that have been extensively used beyond normal trial usage
  • Third-party payment processing fees (which may not be recoverable)

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

5.2 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation for potential reactivation
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted according to our data retention policy

7. Downgrades and Upgrades

7.1 Plan Upgrades

Plan upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.

7.2 Plan Downgrades

Plan downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the difference in plan pricing during the current billing period.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for refunds or service credits due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service provider failures, or other force majeure events.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter through our formal dispute resolution process. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

This Return Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
